Bahasa Kubti
(bahasa Koptik, bahasa Qibti,
alias
bahasa Mesir Kubti;[1]
Met.Remenkīmi) adalah salah sehaluan intern rumpun bahasa Afro-Asia.[2]
Bahasa ini merupakan tahap bahasa terakhir dari bahasa Mesir nan digunakan di Mesir bagian utara sebatas sedikitnya abad ke-17 M. Bahasa Mesir mulai ditulis dalam alfabet Yunani sreg abad purwa M. Sistem penulisan terbaru adalah alfabet Kubti, adaptasi pecah alfabet Yunani dengan pelengkap enam sampai tujuh tanda mulai sejak bahasa Demotik lakukan mewakili fonem bahasa Mesir yang tidak terdapat dalam bahasa Yunani. Bilang perbedaan dialek Kubti diketahui, yang paling kecil penting adalah
Sahidik
dan
Bohairik.

Privat tahap perkembangan bahasa Mesir, Kubti dan Demotik cukup lekat dalam tata bahasanya dengan bahasa Mesir Akhir, nan mutakadim ditulis dalam naskah hieroglif, tetapi sangat berbeda dalam penggambaran grafiknya. Kubti berkembang ibarat bahasa kesusasteraan sejak abad ke-2 sampai abad ke-13 SM, dan dialek
Bohairik
loyal menjadi bahasa liturgi
Gereja Ortodoks Kubti Alexandria. Bahasa Kubti digantikan oleh bahasa Arab Mesir perumpamaan bahasa sehari-hari sebatas saat ini, walaupun beberapa usaha membangkitkan juga bahasa ini telah berlangsung sejak abad ke-19.
